• Our technicians are factory trained as well as having gone through a 4 year college program for Heating,, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration.  Wolfer’s is a state approved training agency for Servicemen.  We have many years of experience in our service department, and contact with factory service technicians for even broader knowledge on specific systems.
   

• You can feel secure letting our technicians in your home.  We are a Drug Free workplace.  Our employees are drug tested when they are hired and then have random testing.  Our employees also receive background tests.   We want to make sure your family and possessions are safe.
   

• Our technicians carry cover booties, cover clothes and vacuums to make sure your home is left clean.
   

• We have emergency service available 24 hrs. a day, 7 days a week.   We have an answering system available at night and weekends that can page the on call technician.  During normal work hours, we have a full time dispatcher to expedite your calls.
   

• We offer “Planned Service”  to our customers. “Planned Service” is a routine maintenance program in which we service your equipment on a regular schedule to make sure it is running at peak efficiencies and that the equipment will last as long as possible.  The “Planned Service” and all other repair service work are done at greatly reduced rates.
